Progress!!! Horizon Close to Deal with County

Horizon Airlines and Snohomish County are getting close to creating a deal to offer flights out of Paine Field as early as October 2009.  The deal involves the construction of a $3 million dollar terminal capable of handling five flights per day.  For more on this story, click here.
