Mukilteo officials drafted legislation intended to prevent commuter flights at Paine Field that they hope will gain traction with federal lawmakers and the governor.  The Tribune's Katie Murdoch reports the legislation will require the support of the governor, state legislators, and federal legislators.  Click here.
